Whether you have heard about Timeless from a friend or have been doing some research on your own about leading aesthetic medicine practices in Central Ohio, we understand that the initial contact may be a little intimidating. You may not know what to expect, or even what questions to ask, and that has you feeling a little uncertain about taking the next step.

It all starts with a no-pressure consultation.  

During your consultation, you will meet with one of our medical providers to review your skincare concerns and goals. Appointments are scheduled for 40 minutes and you can use as much or as little of that time as you wish.  

During the consultation:
 

• You will meet with a provider for a private consultation to discuss your concern areas and possible treatments.  
• The provider may remove your makeup to allow her to get a closer look at your skin. 
• Photos will be taken to allow you and your provider to review areas of concern.  
• Your provider will customize a SkinScript unique to you, your skincare concerns, and your ultimate goals. 
• The SkinScript will include a comprehensive treatment plan, including a medical-grade skincare plan, complete with pricing and next steps.  

How to prepare for your consultation. 

Prior to your appointment, we request that you access our new patient form on our website. The form should not take more than 5 minutes to fill out and can all be done online. We also ask that you arrive 5 minutes early to fill out any necessary additional medical information and to have photos taken for your medical record. Please bring your insurance card or a copy of it, if applicable, for any future medications we may prescribe. 

When and how is payment made?  

Our treatments are considered elective care, and therefore not generally covered by insurance. However, we are able to give you a letter of medical necessity for you to submit to your insurance company. We charge an up-front $60 fee for consultations. If you decide to proceed with a treatment at Timeless, the $60 consultation fee will be deducted from the treatment cost. If we are unable to treat your concern, the consultation fee will be credited back to you.
