Smooth, Clear, Wonderful Skin—No Matter Your Sensitivity

Dermaplane gently exfoliates your skin and removes peach-fuzz, leaving you with skin so soft you won’t be able to stop touching it.

Dermaplane is a gentle treatment that exfoliates your skin’s surface & removes peachfuzz—helping you get the best results possible from other skin treatments and products. By removing dead skin cells and the soft facial hair that traps dirt and oil, you are able to apply makeup more evenly and are left with smoother, softer skin.

Dermaplane FAQ’s

Get answers to your most pressing questions about this specific treatment. Here are a few that we hear most often:

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY SKIN BEFORE AND AFTER MY TREATMENT?
How long is a Dermaplane appointment?

A typical appointment lasts 15 minutes.

Will it hurt?

There is little to no discomfort with this procedure, although you may experience slight facial redness similar to a mild sunburn for about an hour after treatment.

Is it safe?

When performed by our qualified medical professionals, the procedure is very safe, non-invasive, and the outcomes are highly predictable.

What should I expect?

During a dermaplane treatment, the hand-held tool uses a sharp blade, safely positioned, to gently scrape away the top layer of dead skin cells.

When will I start seeing results?

Your skin will have an immediate, radiant glow and smoother feel, but multiple treatments will be required for optimal results.

How long do results last?

To maintain results, most patients repeat Dermaplane every 4 to 6 weeks.

Will there be downtime?

Some patients may experience redness or irritation immediately after treatment, but this will shortly subside. Even those with very sensitive skin can receive this treatment with no downtime.

Will the hair that I removed grow back with more thickness?

No. This is the #1 misconception. Dermaplane removes the hair on the surface of the skin and does not touch or change where the hair originates from in the follicle. Because of this, there is no change in the texture or thickness of the hair as it grows back.

How much does it cost?

A dermaplane costs $130 and we offer package pricing to boost your results and provide valuable savings.

Is this a safe treatment during pregnancy?

Absolutely. Dermaplanes are a great way to keep your skin looking and feeling fresh during any stage of pregnancy!

Am I a candidate?

Most likely, yes! The majority of people are good candidates for this non-invasive treatment. Patients with moderate to severe active acne may be more appropriate for other treatments or may use dermaplaning in conjunction with other procedures as part of a more comprehensive care plan.

How Does Dermaplane Work?

Using a special hand-held tool, dermaplane gently removes the micro-thin top layer of dead skin cells that sit atop your skin. Clearing clogged pores and peach fuzz, the treatment accelerates your skins’ ability to retain the activating agents within skin care products and penetrate more deeply.
