Allyson Sterling, PA-C, has been part of Timeless Skin Solutions since we first opened our Dublin location in 2005. She says, “Timeless is my second home and my patients are my second family. I treat my patients the way I would want to be treated – focusing on aging gracefully, not anti-aging.”

Throughout her 15+ years of experience, Allyson calls her work a “privilege” and says she especially loves to help her patients’ “confidence shine as they project their inner and outer beauty into the world.” When we asked what the focus of her personal skincare journey is she quickly notes, “GLOW! I love my skin when it feels fresh and clean and glowing!”

We recently talked with Allyson about her daily skincare routine, which products are her favorites, and her advice for others.

Favorite Products:

• TNS® Advanced+ Serum because it is an amazing multi-tasker! So many fantastic products in one to get the JOB DONE! As a busy mom, the quicker I can do things the better!
• Also Obagi Nu-Derm® Foaming Gel Cleanser does such a nice job making you feel clean and fresh and prepping your skin for products!

Favorite Procedures:

• Chemical peels I love that chemical peels are quick to apply and I am able to customize them based on my availability for downtime and what I am looking to achieve. But in just a few short days you have fresh, amazing skin that is also going to respond better to your skin care products because it doesn’t have all of the aging, old cells to try to work through.
• Botox® because…it’s BOTOX! It is fast and the results are predictable. Honestly, it helps my whole mood feel brighter and lifted because when I look in the mirror I see someone who looks awake and refreshed – not tired and frazzled (even though as a working mom sometimes I may feel that way inside! LOL)

Consistency is KEY.

Find a routine with products and procedures that work for YOU! …in your lifestyle, availability for downtime, budget, etc. It has to work in your life in order to sustain it and the most important thing to me with my patients is LONGEVITY. So it has to feel good and work for you to make that happen.
