Titan uses infrared light technology to heat the tissue below the surface of the skin. The heating can cause some discomfort, however the epidermal layer of skin is cooled, adding additional comfort to the process.
Yes! You will experience the benefit of skin tightening without scarring, invasive surgery, or long recovery times.
At the time of your appointment, we will first layer cool ultrasound gel over the treatment area. This allows the hand piece to glide gently across the skin, cool and protect it. Treatment is administered via an infrared light device that is directed over the area of concern. The infrared light penetrates deeply and uniformly within the skin’s dermis and causes the collagen structure to contract and tighten.
