Eating Right for Healthy Skin

This is a great article which reviews nutrition and it’s effect on the health and appearance of your skin.
This interesting article reviews a study regarding nutrition in food (not supplements) including the importance of Vitamin C, omega-6 fatty acids, olive oil, eating the correct carbohydrates, and decreasing those terrible trans fats. One caveat not mentioned is that while soy protein is great, eating a diet very high in soy protein can lead to an imbalance of estrogen and leave you with hormonal breakouts! Ouch!
