Lynsay has been with Timeless for over 5 years, serving as a Patient Care Advisor specializing in phone, email & live chat patient communication. She is the first point of contact when calling the office and is extensively trained in all things Timeless. Lynsay is there to help whether it’s booking an appointment or answering questions about our many skin rejuvenating products and services.
Lynsay graduated with a bachelor’s degree in communications from The Ohio State University and comes to us with an extensive customer service and retail background. In her free time, Lynsay enjoys trying new fitness classes, shopping at Home Goods, having dinner with friends, walking her two dogs and of course spending time with her husband and their little boy.
