The Auto Replenish Program is an initiative to make it easier for our patients to stay committed and on track with their product regimen because product is shipped directly from our office to your door at recommended intervals for optimal results.
Q: What products are available for auto replenish?
A: Though originally designed to give patients an effortless way to use some of our most transformative products including SkinMedica's Essential Serum & HA5, we have expanded the program to be more customizable, and now all products available at Timeless are applicable to the program.
Members will enjoy 15% savings on SkinMedica Essential Serum and/or HA5 reoccurring order or on any combination valued at $300 or more. Prescription products do not qualify for discounts.
Any additional products you may need can be added to regular shipment by emailing email@example.com five (5) days prior to scheduled shipping date.
Q: How will the products be shipped to me?
A: Free five (5) day ground shipping to anywhere in the continental United States.
Q: When will I receive my shipments?
A: Shipments go out 1 time per week. We will let you know when to expect your first box at the time of sign up. Subsequent shipments arrive at 6, 8 or 12 week intervals depending on your selected products. See the chart above for more details.
Q: Can I return products in the Auto Replenish Program?
A: If you have any concern with the products that you received, please contact our office right away so that we might connect you with one of our experienced medical providers. They will talk with you and determine next steps. Products may be returned for store credit when there is a true medical reaction. If you would like to return a product for any other reason, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and someone will contact you to discuss any options that might be available.
Q: Once an Auto Replenish enrollment is complete, am I able to change the order frequency?
A: After a three (3) month introductory period, you can contact Timeless at any time by emailing email@example.com to make adjustments.
Q: Is there a cancellation fee?
A: Members of this program are eligible for cancellation after three (3) shipments with no fee.
Q: Will I be notified when my order ships?
A: Yes, you will receive an email with order confirmation.
Q: What forms of payment may I use?
A: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards are accepted.
